I believe women are capable of bringing their vision to life.

Through photography, embodied guidance, and story-led work, I support women in bringing what they carry ~ in life or in business ~ into reality.

Established in 2003, this work has grown with me. What began as a love for photography became something far deeper — a devotion to preserving moments in a way that can be held, felt, and passed down. When I was fifteen, I anchored myself to a simple quote: She designed a life she loved. I didn’t know exactly how it would unfold, but I knew the feeling — a creative life, a beautiful business, a home filled with presence, motherhood, marriage, art, and freedom. Slowly and intentionally, that vision became real. Over two decades, I’ve photographed families, newborns, weddings, brands, and the quiet in-between moments that tell the real story, but the heart of my work has always remained the same: to create something lasting. Not just files stored away on a device, but tangible pieces that can be held in your hands and woven into the fabric of your home and your life.

My Story

Driven by Passion

I have always loved the hands on side of this craft. Not only capturing the image, but printing it — watching a photograph come to life as it rolls from the printer, handling fine art paper, assembling albums, and framing wall pieces that will live in homes across Australia. While much of the industry shifted toward digital-only delivery, I chose to remain devoted to the art of print. I am still part of a small percentage of photographers in Australia who print in-house, because I believe photographs deserve more than a folder on a computer — they deserve walls, hands, a forever home. There is nothing more meaningful than placing a matted print into a mother’s hands, knowing that moment will outlive us both. The same devotion to craftsmanship led me to create my own journals — pieces designed to be held, written in, and returned to — now used by women, teens, husbands, and families who value something tangible in an increasingly digital world.

A Calm Presence

Over the years, many mothers have affectionately called me “the baby whisperer.” With more than 27 years of experience working with children and newborns, creating calm comes naturally to me. I understand babies — their cues, their rhythms, their cries — and I understand mothers, especially in those tender first weeks when everything feels new and uncertain. Newborn sessions are never rushed; they are gentle, settled, and led by the baby rather than the clock. Often, it is not only photographs that mothers leave with, but reassurance, practical guidance, and a renewed sense of confidence. I gift every new mother a trusted newborn guide as part of her session because I genuinely care about supporting the whole experience, not just the images. This work has never been about taking pictures alone — it has always been about holding space, creating steadiness, and allowing both mother and baby to feel safe, seen, and supported.

The Editorial

The Editorial is a monthly reflection space where I document the becoming ~ the studio build, the quiet leadership, the rhythms of motherhood, the creative sparks, and the lived experience behind the work. It is not a place for noise or trends, but for presence. A space where I share what I am learning in real time ~ about vision, embodiment, simplicity, and building a life that feels true. What began as a quote I held onto at fifteen, She designed a life she loved, has become a lived philosophy. This monthly edition is where I invite you behind the scenes ~ not to teach from theory, but to lead from experience.

The Rhythm of My Life

Outside of the studio and the lens, I am most alive in nature. Walking quiet roads at sunrise, time in the rainforest, photographing wide horizons from above, gathering herbs from the garden, long summer evenings, and spontaneous adventures with my family. I value presence over pace, simplicity over excess, and building slowly over rushing loudly. I believe the way we live matters just as much as the work we create. The energy I bring into my sessions, my studio, and my editorial space is shaped by the life I am intentionally designing ~ one rooted in family, craftsmanship, adventure, and calm strength.

If something here resonates with you, I would love to create alongside you — whether that’s capturing your growing family, building the visual identity of your brand, or guiding you into the next season of your life.
